It is always our endeavour to keep our students abreast with the latest developments in industry and other organizations. With the need of current employability, it becomes essential to grow with the technology need and hence T&P Department arranges various workshops and training programs for the students for their better upliftment.

At the same time, many students got various opportunities to get placed in well esteemed organisations not only in “on campus drives” but also in “off campus drives” and made our institute proud. Every year, the concept of the value education is by design added to the training sessions so as to improve the quality of education to the students. Training and Placement Department plays a vital role in students overall development as well as from the college perspective point of view.

Training & Placement Cell acts as a platform for interaction of students with industry. The department is developed for mutual benefits of industries and students. The efficient working of department involves associations with industries to facilitate training, getting live projects as well as providing placement assistance to its students. The activities organized by the department are guest lectures, seminars and training programs by various organizations. To bridge up the gap between industry and academia, students are promoted to go for vacation training which plays an important part.

    For upliftment of talented students who wants to pursue higher education or to be in industry picture, T&P department provides guidance to students by organizing focused activities such as:
  • • Impart communication skill development program to students right from the first semester.
  • • Arranging orientation programs for first year students and counselling them about the necessity of attending training session before campus selection.
  • • Conducting Mock / Simulated exercises, writing the resumes, body language, facing the interviews, aptitude, group discussion, technical and general interview skills, etc. on continuous basis.
  • • Organising industry – institution interaction programs to bridge the gap between company expectations and academic learning.
  • • We also maintain record of our Alumni which provides vital inputs for the further development for the placement activities.
