The first water conservation program in the Chikhli Constituency started implementing from 2012-13. It is the first program successfully running with the partnership between institution and the villagers. This program of digging and widening the rivers has been implemented in 33 phases on 08 rivers which cover 13 villages It leads to storage of 51 crores liter waterand irrigation of 13000 acres land .
