About Us


Anuradha Engineering College was establish in 1992. The institute is reputed for excellent training in courses in engineering and technology at degree and post graduate levels over one thousand six hundred students. Over nine courses are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate levels. The department of Textile Technology was started in year 1996 in this institute. The department has variety of modern spinning and weaving machines and laboratory equipment. The department carries out industry consultancy projects and training and also having MOU with MMSSG mill, chikhli. B.Tech degrees are awarded at the graduate levels. The department has well equipped laboratories namely Textile testing lab , fabric structure lab, university PhD. Recognize chemical processing lab, Spinning lab. Alumni of the department are well placed in reputed organization / industries in India and abroad and some of them are pursuing higher educational abroad.

To provide students with complete knowledge of principles of Textile engineering with a full of manners approach that is challenging. To create and sound environment for research, innovation and professional activity. To make relationship with other institutes of learning and research, and development.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
To make students able to work in textile technology ,chemical processing , technical textile, fashion and fabric design .
To prepare the students for advanced study and research in textile engineering and its related field.
To ensure our students are recognized for excellence and leadership and selected for textile industrial and other professional positions.
To encourage the students to understand importance of technical learning , professionalism and social responsibilities.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES (POs)
Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, Science and engineering for the solution of Textile Engineering problem.
Ability to communicate effectively.
To train the students to processes within realistic constraints such as economic, social, ethical, environmental, health, and safety.
Ability to identify, formulate and solve textile engineering and process design problems.
Knowledge and understanding principles of management in relation to engineering projects.
